Board of Directors:
Governance & Directorate: It shall have general charge of and authority over, the affairs and funds of the Foundation and set dues and other fees. It shall be the duty of the Board to set out the purposes of the Foundation to take any action in fulfilment of that duty and to set the date of the annual meeting and its location.
Administration Committee:
General Administration: It carries outs General Administration Tasks in accordance to the decisions and the policies set by the BoD; it supervises the affairs in regard to legality and economic expediency; it submits policy and administrative proposals to the BoD
Board of Sponsors:
Financial Issues: It supports financially the Foundation’s causes and projects. It consists principally of members of Business Companies, Forwarding and Logistic Companies, Banks, Shipping Companies, SMEs, NGOs, Public Entities, Individuals, and any other sponsoring partner of the Foundation. It holds accountable the BoD for the sound management of their sponsorship. It may make proposals to the BoD for financial management.
Scientific Committee:
Scientific Issues: It supports Academically the Foundation’s causes, research, and projects. It consists principally of University Professors and Researchers as well as of Professional experts. It supports the Foundation’s cooperation with other Research Centers and Universities domestically and abroad. This Scientific Committee is responsible for the journal of the Foundation being in the Editorial Board of the Journal, the Referees and the field Editors.
